We schedule projects based on availability and weather conditions. Clients are responsible for providing access to the job site during agreed work hours. Delays caused by restricted access or other client-side issues may affect project timelines and cost.
4. Payments & Invoicing
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may result in additional fees or a pause in work.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand things can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least [X] business days in advance. Cancellations made after work has started may be subject to a fee.
6. Warranties & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be included in your contract based on the type of service performed. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or unforeseen site conditions (e.g., underground utilities, unstable soil, etc.).
